Refund policy

Hey friend, 

Since each item at Boujee Beulah Designs is made to order just for you, we don't keep inventory on hand--which means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like size, color, or buyer's remorse. 

BUT if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out within 10 days of delivery, and we'll make it right. 

Here's what I'll need from you

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short note describing the issue

Once I have that information, I'll review it right away and arrange a replacement or give you store credit. 

Please remember that colors may appear differently on your screen vs printed items, and minor variations in placement are normal for print-on-demand products.
